If notified within 48 hours of your appointment, I’ll do my best to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your hair meets the expectations of your appointment. Adjustments can be scheduled within 10 days of your original service and are offered at no additional charge.

Due to the nature of my services, I’m unable to offer refunds — but my goal is always for you to leave my chair feeling confident, enchanted, and in love with your hair.
