Each appointment is thoughtfully booked based on the information you share. Please be open and honest about your hair history, current condition, and goals — it helps ensure we reserve enough time and sets us both up for success.

Ritual sessions are all-inclusive within the intention of each session, meaning they’re designed to achieve specific results within a set timeframe and product allowance. If your goals require additional time or product beyond what’s included, there may be added costs.

Healthy, beautiful hair takes time and intention — trying to fit too much into a single session, or not planning ahead, can lead to disappointment. We’re always happy to help guide you toward the best option for your needs.

If you're unsure what to book, or you're new to us, you can schedule an in-person consultation or use our digital consultation form to get personalized guidance before booking a service.

We value your time, and the time of every guest. We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice for regular appointments, and 72 hours for appointments longer than 3 hours, so we have time to adjust the schedule.

Repeated late cancellations may result in limited access to online booking or require a deposit to secure future appointments.

Please arrive on time to get the most out of your experience. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, we’ll do our best to complete your service within the remaining time. However, some elements may need to be adjusted — and the original service price still applies.

In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if the service can’t be completed. Repeated late arrivals may result in deposit requirements or restricted online booking access.

If you're running behind, please call ahead — we deeply appreciate the heads-up.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you miss your scheduled visit without notice, it impacts our ability to serve others and maintain flow throughout the day.

Your satisfaction is always our priority. If your hair doesn’t meet the expectations we discussed during your consultation, please don’t hesitate to speak up. We understand that we’re human — and can sometimes miss the mark. We’ll never take it personally if there’s something you’re not loving. Open communication helps us ensure you leave feeling your best.

If notified within 48 hours of your appointment, we’ll do our best to make any necessary adjustments. These can be scheduled within 10 days of the original service and are offered at no additional charge unless otherwise discussed.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you’ve purchased a retail product that isn’t working for you, please let us know — exchanges may be offered within 7 days of purchase if the product is gently used.

Our goal is always for you to leave Wicked Hair Studio feeling confident, enchanted, and in love with your hair — and to feel supported in maintaining that magic at home.

We accept cash, credit, and debit at the time of your appointment.

All service prices are subject to HST and listed as “starting at” to reflect the time and skill required to complete the service. Any additional charges your stylist feels may be required will be clearly communicated during your consultation.

Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Your trust, support, and referrals are the most magical part of what we do.

Wicked Hair Studio is a calming, intentional space created to help you unwind and feel fully cared for. To maintain that experience for everyone, we kindly ask that only those receiving a service attend the appointment.

If you need to bring a guest, support person, or little one, please reach out ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
