I completely understand that life happens — sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes to standard appointments, and 72 hours’ notice for appointments longer than 3 hours, so I can offer the time to another guest.
Late cancellations may limit your ability to book online in the future or may require a deposit to secure your next appointment.
Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience possible. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, I’ll do my best to complete your service within the remaining time. However, some parts of your appointment may need to be adjusted — and the original service price will still apply.
If we're not able to complete the service due to the delay, we may need to reschedule.
Repeated late arrivals may result in limited booking access or require a deposit for future services.
If you know you’ll be late, please call ahead — your communication is always appreciated.
Your appointment is reserved just for you. If you miss your scheduled time without prior notice, it prevents others from being served and impacts my schedule.
Guests who no-show more than once may lose online booking privileges or be asked to pay a deposit when rebooking.
Each appointment is thoughtfully booked based on the information you share. Please be honest about your hair history, current condition, and goals — it helps ensure I reserve enough time and sets us both up for success.
Ritual sessions are all-inclusive within the intention of each session, meaning they’re designed to achieve specific results within a set timeframe and product allowance. If your goals require additional time or product beyond what’s included, there may be added costs.
Healthy, beautiful hair takes time and intention — trying to fit too much into a single session, or not planning ahead, can lead to disappointment. I’m always happy to help guide you toward the best option for your needs.
If you're unsure what to book, or you're new to me, please consider scheduling a consultation first. You can choose an in-person appointment, or use my digital consultation form for personalized recommendations before booking a service.
If your hair doesn’t meet the expectations we discussed during your consultation, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. I’ll do my best to make any necessary adjustments, which can be scheduled within 10 days of the original service at no additional cost.
Because of the nature of my services, I’m unable to offer refunds — but my goal is always for you to leave my chair feeling confident, enchanted, and in love with your hair.
